Share an Event

How to share your Event with others:

If your Event isn't flagged as private, then it will be searchable for others via the Sports HQ search. During Event creation or on change of location or sport, it will also notifiy nearby users with a new event alert notifications.
You can use the event social share option from the event detail page, this will share a direct link to the event with others by your chosen social medium

Using Event Social Share

From the event detail page, those permitted to share an event will see the social share icon. This will produce a sharable link (and include any join code if applicable) in the shared link. Any users who follow the link and don't have the app installed will be directed to the Sport HQ landing page, from which they can download the app and join the event.

Click on the share icon
Either copy the link and share as you please, or send the link directly via the platforms available on your device
Any users without the app installed will be directed to the Sports HQ landing page on following the link
