Manage Events

An Event is a template from which activities are generated. Seup an event with a schedule and members, then each scheduled instance will generate an activity setup with the parameters from the event (ie location, members, etc)

  • Create private or public events
  • Schedule the instance frequency
  • Set a location and optional gender and age criteria
  • Event membership and security is handled in app, invite users and handle join requests
  • Easily promote and share events with others with a link
  • Receieve notifications on event updates

Manage Activities

  • An event will generate an acitvity for each instance in the schedule
  • Users can opt to confirm or decline attendance
  • Once an activity is full, the app will waitlist users
  • Allow confirmed users to select shirt colors prior to the activity to ensure even numbers
  • You can update detail for an activity independant of the settings in the parent Event
  • Notifications sent to members on activity creation and update

  • Register your sports of interest in your profile
  • Provide an optional bio for each of your registered sports
  • Optionally configure alerting preferences to be notified of new athletes and events in your area
  • Guardians can setup minors under their account, and interact on the minors behalf
